Full Tilt "Rush Poker" Tables

*Update 18Apr2013: Rush HUD issues since latest Fulll Tilt update

The latest update from Full Tilt is causing Rush HUD problems on tables using the Classic layout. The workaround for this issue is to use their RaceTrack layout instead of the Classic layout.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6754: Full Tilt Poker - Rush hud broken for 2 players on Classic layout after FTP software update

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6754 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.


1) If you have UAC turned on you must set Full Tilt to run as admin otherwise the Rush hud will not work. If you have UAC off you dont need to configure anything, everything should work fine out of the box.
  • To do this please close HM1 and Full Tilt.
  • Go to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
  • Right click the FullTiltPoker.exe and choose “Properties”.
  • Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”.  If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.
  • Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe, holdemmanager.exe and all of the easyhook, blitz.dll files and the stars/stars inject files (detailed in step 2 below) in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\HoldemManager (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should already be set to run as admin by default.

2) Add these files to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\HoldemManager\holdemmanager.exe
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\HoldemManager\EasyHook.dll, EasyHook32.dll, EasyHook32Svc.exe, EasyHook64.dll, and EasyHook64Svc.exe
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\HoldemManager\blitz.dll
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\HoldemManager\ftp.dll, and ftpv2.dll files (for the dll files, you have to type in the name in the file name box for a lot of firewalls)
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\HoldemManager\textboxhook.dll
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Pokerstars\FullTiltPoker.exe
  • C:\postgreSQL\bin\postgres.exe
  • C:\postgreSQL\bin\pg_ctl.exe
  • C:\postgreSQL\bin\psql.exe



Troubleshooting
 
If your HUD is lagging behind or not showing
In the rare case of your hud is lagging behind, or not showing, it's typically because you haven't set FullTiltPoker.exe and holdemmanager.exe to run as admin as explained above. 

If the HUD still isn't working:
Try playing a 'normal' cash game table and if the HUD still won't show try using the Table Finder to make the HUD appear.  Once the HUD is working on that table try playing another Rush table again.


If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. 

Please Zip these folders and email them to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

If it still wont work Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop.
with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the importing\hem data folder.

Seeing correct players but wrong stats
If your seeing the correct players but no stats or not the correct stats please follow the instructions above for sending a log but also send a screenshot of your filters in Hud Options > Hud Filters

Hud doesnt show up until the 2nd hand on each table
This is a known issue were working on, we may not be able to provide a solution but are continuing to look into it

The Hero count is sometimes a few hands behind
You will see this especially if you use fast fold a lot, the reason is we dont import the hand until the hand is finished and when you fold the hand is still playing away and so it could be 1-2 mins before the hand is imported and shows up in your Hero HUD, this is normal and to be expected and there is no possible way to avoid this
