Answer:

The Learn Holdem Manager part of this FAQ system has the old Manual broken down with updated information.  Holdem Manager is constantly evolving and it made sense to split up a 186 page Manual into smaller sections so people could navigate it better and it's easier to update smaller sections than updating the whole Manual for every little small update. 

At this time there's no plans to keep the old Manual updated since this new FAQ system covers it all; however, you can still download the old Manual here:
