Overview:

During installation, I get the following error:

"Error reading file from C:\Download\Poker\HoldemManager\HoldemManagerSetupProject.msi.  Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

This can be caused by a permissions error in Windows Vista.

Right click on the Setup File and set it to Run as Administrator if it isn't already. Make sure you are logged into Windows as an Administrator.
