What's a normal speed for importing hands?

10-150 Hands/Second

Your import speed depends on multiple things; all of which will factor into your import speed:

1. Database Size
2. PC Specs
3. Other Programs Running

Note: When your database is new, importing hands is always fastest.

PC Example:

Quad Core, 8GB Ram, Vista 64 with a HUGE 3 million plus hand database:

I'll get anywhere from 15-35 hands/second.

Many people will have much higher import speeds with less powerful machines.  Point being that even though the PC above is a powerhouse, the database size is so big that it limits the import speed significantly.
