Common Questions

• My Hud Doesn't Work
  
  • Make sure poker client is saving HH files to your hard drive and Holdem Manager knows where they are.  See Setting Up your Poker Client.

• MTT Tournament Results are not correct - Click Here

• The HUD only works on 1 table on SNG's. This is due to the information in the hand history not containing anything that we can use to link the hand history to the HUD, unfortunately without an ID or number to link the two together we cannot fix this issue unless Boss make an update to the hand history on their end.
• My Poker Tracker Hands don't Import into Holdem Manager.
  • Poker Tracker puts different dollar amounts and different names for the players when they export hands.  These hands do not import back into Poker Tracker either.  If you can import the hand back into Poker Tracker with a new database, send us an email with the exported Poker Tracker hands and we'll investigate further.  Support@holdemmanager.com

Boss Media Uses .XML files and can only be read by downloading the file.  Open the .xml file in notepad.

Tournament Summary

This poker client doesn't write Tournament Summaries or send an importable Tournament Summary.  For MTT tournaments you did not final table, you will need to edit the following tournament information:

• Tournament Size
• KO position

Boss Sit-N-Go

In order to play multiple Sit-N-Go's with the same name on Boss client, Table Finder must be utilized.
