1.  When will TN1 support end?

All support and updates will end for TN1 on July 1st, 2014.

2.  How will this affect me as a TN1 user?

You will be able to use TN1 for as long as you like but no new updates will be released.

3.  Will you continue to fix critical bugs that break TN1?

No bug fixes will be released for TN1 after July 1st, 2014.  We recommend that all users move to TableNinja II before that date to help ensure a bug free experience.

4.  Can I use my TN1 config in TN2?

TableNinja2 is designed to automatically import your TN1 config so you can keep grinding with minimal hassle.  If you experience any issues with importing your TN1 config please contact our support team.

5.  I only use basic features in TN1 and don't need all the extra bells and whistles, what are my options?

For those who use only the basic TableNinja features, TableNinja2 has a ‘lite’ version that may give you what you need.  You can learn more by visiting http://www.holdemmanager.com/buy/426/tableninja-ii, clicking ‘Buy Now’ and then the ‘Compare Versions’ link.

6.  Why is TN1 support ending?

TN1 was originally designed around the nature of Windows and the PokerStars client as they existed in 2008.  Over the past 5+ years, TN1 and its sister products, TNFT and TNPP have expanded to cover the new versions of Windows, multiple poker clients, and all the ways each have changed.  As is common with software products as they grow and adapt, all of this had made the code very difficult to maintain.

Thus we created TableNinja2 from the ground up to be a single software product that would natively handle multiple sites and have a fresh code base designed to make it easier to fix bugs and release cool new features, like NinjaVision.

In order to give our customers the best experience possible, it is necessary to for us to make decisions that keep us viable as a business.  For TableNinja that means focusing 100% on making TableNinja2 the best it can be.  As we announced when TableNinja2 first launched in May of 2013, part of that focus will involve ending support for TN1.

7.  Will you be able to reset / reissue lost codes after support ends?

Yes, we will still allow users to move TN1 between various machines and to get lost purchase codes after support ends.
