Overview:

During the PostgreSQL installation process, it tells me the Account Name is invalid and now I can't install PostgreSQL.

Note:  This generally only happens during a 2nd installation of PostgreSQL

Run the attached .bat file and continue your installation.  .Bat File

OR

Simply change the Account Name to something else:

Maybe:  postgres1

Warning!!!  Do not change the "Account Domain" under any circumstances.

On later versions of PostgreSQL, you must enter an Account Password to continue the PostgreSQL installation process.
