Overview:

When installing PostgreSQL, I get the following error:

You need to turn on Secondary Logon Service.

1. Click the Windows Start button
2. Type in "Services" and run the Services program
3. Scroll down until you see "Secondary Logon" (See Screen Below)
4. Right click Secondary Logon and select Start
5. Install PostgreSQL again
